How to obtain a new SIM cardYou can request a new SIM card by contacting our Customer Service Department. A new SIM card costs £3 and will be with you the next working day if requested before 3pm.
Change of number £3
If you have second thoughts about the number you chose at time of joining up, you have the option to choose a new number for a fee. This fee of £3 covers our expenses for manually setting up the new number for you.
New SIM card £3
If your SIM card is lost or stolen and you need a new one, you will be charged £3. This covers the cost of handling your new SIM. The new SIM card will have the same mobile number as your old SIM.
Reopen a lost or stolen SIM £3
If you have recovered your phone after reporting it as lost or stolen and you require a reactivation we will charge you a fee of £3. This is to cover our expenses.
